Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review the policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with original packaging and tags intact.
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return.
- For hygiene and quality reasons, hair accessories and jewellery that have been worn cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased on final sale, clearance, or special discounts
- Used or damaged items after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging
3. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos of the product and packaging may be required for verification.
Once the issue is verified, a replacement or refund will be provided depending on product availability.
4. Return Process
- Submit a return request within the allowed time period.
- Once the request is approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.
- The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
5. Refund Process
- After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Processing time may take 5–7 business days after approval.
6. Replacement
If a replacement is requested and the product is available, the replacement will be shipped after the returned item is received and verified.
7. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping will be covered.
- If the return is due to personal preference, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
8. Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
